Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Karmion Technologies collects through karmiontechnologies.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, company, the services you are interested in, your budget range and your message. We also record the IP address the enquiry came from, to protect the form from spam.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run your project. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@karmiontechnologies.com.
